Leadership Team

Shashank

Co-Founder and CEO of VNDLY 

Prior to starting VNDLY, Shashank was the Corporate Strategy lead at The Kroger Co. Shashank joined Kroger in October 2012 as a manager in the digital team. Six months into the role, he got promoted to serve as the Director of Digital and eCommerce technologies at Kroger. As part of this role he managed the Web, Mobile, Tablet, eCommerce and platform development teams within the Kroger Technology organization. In November 2015, Shashank was promoted to Sr. Director, Partnerships and New Business Development where he led these functions before taking on the Corporate Strategy role. 

Prior to joining The Kroger Co., Shashank was at Citigroup where he led the Strategy and Planning function for the Global Mobile Banking line of business. Shashank was also part of the Project Management Office (PMO) at Citi where he successfully led multiple Internet and Mobile programs.

Shashank was an adjunct faculty member at the University of Cincinnati, Lindner College of Business, is a mentor at The Brandery and serves on the Lindner MBA Advisory Board at the University of Cincinnati. Shashank holds an MBA in Finance and MS in Information Systems degree from the University of Cincinnati.

Narayan

Co-Founder and President of VNDLY 

Prior to starting VNDLY, Narayan was the head of retail and consumer portfolio at CSC where he was responsible for application solution delivery for 4,000+ applications across 80+ large enterprises with $200+M in revenues and a global team of 3,000 professionals. Narayan specializes in leading and implementing IT strategies and solutions for global enterprises. Digital transformation and mergers & acquisitions are among his prime focus areas over the recent years. As a P&L owner, Narayan implemented several initiatives for business development, cost optimization and customer satisfaction during his tenure.

Prior to heading the retail and consumer vertical, Narayan was leading strategic accounts for CSC, where he was responsible for Sales and business development, Account growth and optimization, Executive relationship management, P&L management, Strategic sourcing, Customer loyalty, Vendor management, Proposal(RFI/RFQ/RFP/Contracts) management, Strategic planning and implementation, and IT advisory.

Narayan holds an MBA from The Ohio State University and Engineering degree from Andhra University, India.
